Be Closer to Vietnam with So Mot!

When I hear about spring rolls, I immediately think of Vietnam.

Of course, it is a famous dish of them but there are a lot of Vietnamese foods that you'll taste bud would definitely like.

When I saw an invite featuring a Vietnamese food place, I didn't hesitate to sign up. Honestly, I'm only familiar with very few Vietnamese dishes and restaurants.

So Mot Viet Taste is located at Madison Foodpark, Brixton St. Pasig City. It is beside the Ace Hotel and only a tricycle away from Robinsons Forum.

At the moment they have their main branch at the food park but they also have a kiosk at PC Supermarket and food stall at Greenfield Night Market.

I was a bit late but I was able to visit their kiosk inside the supermarket and caught there friendly staff preparing spring rolls! Wow!

We met the very accommodating and generous owner, Mr. Peter Ngo who allowed us to see on how the spring rolls are made from scratch, Pho Bo Beef Noodle being cooked and their Hot Drop and Iced Coffee that was prepared in front of us! Amazing!!!

-Not salty and the taste was awesome! The beef was cooked well.
