A One Minute Spa with Megan

New Year, New Look.

When I'm tired of my long hair and I don't know how to fix my unruly crowning glory, I would always go to a salon and let the hair stylist do his/her magic.

Last December, I was lucky to be one of the attendees of Blogger Babes Pink Party. Aside from meeting the bloggers that I adore and follow, they had awesome freebies from their generous sponsors. One of the brands that gave the regular size of their products was Megan.

I tried their facial mask a few months ago and knowing that they have other products that I can try on, I was excited.

When I decided to shorten my hair, I was really planning for a hair spa. Sadly, some salons do not offer treatment anymore. Then, I remembered I receive a Megan Hair Spa Hair Fall Rescue from the BloggerBabes party.

I'm currently using it when I only apply shampoo on my hair.

Let me share to you my crowning glory experience with Megan One Minute Hair Spa treatment so far.

I started using it by January 18, 2019. 

I washed off the shampoo and put the Megan hair spa treatment. I let it stay for a minute. I did not apply anything on my crowning glory to see how it would behave.

Here was my before and after take.

My second try was on January 20.

I let the hair spa stay longer than one minute and added styling polish.

My third application was last February 1.

I put some soothing gel before going to work.

Out of the three hair experiment that I did, the one that I applied with stylish polish was my favorite. My crowning glory seemed to be well-behaved.

What I like with the Megan One Minute Hair Spa treatment is the lasting smell that it leaves on my hair and how a few scoops from the product can cover from roots to tips.

A Gift for my 30th!

When strangers asked me how old I am and I answered them with my real age, they usually raised their eyebrows or they would tell me, you are joking right, Ma'am?! I'm not sure if I should be happy or embarrass with their reaction. It is difficult, especially for women to blurt out their age. Right, girls?

Early last year, I had a plan with my 30th birthday. I was very excited to make it happen because it was a present to my self.But, things happened that I didn't have control like financial constraint and a family member coming home. As much as I wanted to push the plan that I wanted, I had to think of another option.

And I ended up having an overnight stay.

I like our home but sometimes inside the house could also be toxic. For the first time, I booked for a Zenroom. I had a 30% off because I won from their giveaway and I took this as a chance to experience their wonderful room offer.

I booked online and there was no hassle.

I immediately found the perfect place which was convenient to commute and not too far from home.

I checked in before ten in the evening after I went for a last minute Christmas shopping. I was expecting that a receptionist from Vinia Homes would accommodate me but to my surprise, there was a representative from Zenrooms.

His name was Jess and he had been awesome because he already reminded me about my booking early in the morning.

The room is spacious and clean.

  

There are a closet, small table, and a counter sink. 

There is also a router for internet connection!

Jess gave me a hygienic pouch and before he left, he told me that if I have concern or question, I could contact him.

I had a lovely overnight stay at a Zenroom. 

The pillows were soft and the bed was comfortable. 

The air-conditioned unit worked well and not noisy. I wasn't able to use the countersink but I checked and the faucet was functioning. 

The only thing that I had disliked was the comfort room.😥

There was an odor that I could not identify. 

I was not sure if the smell came from the trash bin or bathroom sink. 

Other than that, the room and my stay were awesome.

I would definitely book a Zenroom for my next out of town vacation trip.
