It's a Weekend Date at Hui Lau Shan!

This 18 and coming weekend, Hui Lau Shan is rewarding their valuable customers with a #BigSmileEverday treat! Buy One Take One with their Brown Sugar Milk Series and Milk Tea Series!

I was luckily been invited last October 13 at Hui Lau Shan's Trinoma branch with my fellow bloggers to try their newest Brown Sugar Milk Series and Milk Tea Series!

Thank you for the lovely invite Miss Aileen and Miss Alma who was very accommodating!

Meet the Brown Sugar Milk Series!

~Brown Sugar Mango Milk, Brown Sugar Banana Milk, Brown Sugar Melon Milk, Brown Sugar Oolong Milk and Brown Sugar Plain Milk~

I chose their Brown Sugar Melon Milk because it was my first time to try Melon and Brown Sugar Milk.

Oh my gosh, definitely a winner for my tastebuds! I love it! I become an instant fan!

If you prefer your all-time favorite Milk Tea flavors, they have the Milk Tea series too!

Let's welcome the Milk Tea Series!

*Milk Tea with Mango Pudding and Sago, Milk Tea with Aloe Jelly and Sago, Milk Tea with Grass Jelly and Sago, Milk Tea with Mini Chewy Balls and Sago and Milk Tea with Mango Jelly and Sago*

I picked the Aloe Jelly for this round because it is not the usual one that I order.

If you are not into too sweet milk tea, this one is for you.

Take note, they are not using bobba pearls instead their chewy balls are one of a kind! I like drinking milk tea more because of it!

And to satisfy your Hui Lau Shan experience, add the Mango Mochi Balls!

This dessert will complete your day and they are coming out with other flavors soon!

Mark your calendar from October 18-20 and grab these Buy One, Take One deal!

Visit their stores at SM Megamall, Promenade, SM North Edsa, UP Town Center, SM Fairview, Eastwood Mall, TriNoma and SM Southmall and don't forget to bring your friends, family, and colleagues!

MIBF 2019: My promise last 2018!

I'm a certified book lover and hoarder. When I see discounts and sales at the bookstore, I would always make time to visit and save money.

The 40th Manila International BookFair was my fourth (if I'm not mistaken) attendance and I was still amazed by how many publishing houses especially locally exist.

It took place at SMX Convention from September 11 to 15, ten am to eight in the evening. Luckily, I got my MIBF tickets again from the generous Fullybooked.

Here was my promise last year and did it happen?

Congratulations to me!

I went to the MIBF twice again!

One, on the first day which was Wednesday because I need to claim a book. I was able to check out most of the booths except the Pop Hub because I was too hungry and it was nearly closing time.

There were creative and artistic booths again! Posted some below!

My favorite booth this year!

I only bought these books! Yet, I took photos of the items that I would buy when I come back.

Luckily, a lot of them were still present during the last day of the event.

I was extra ecstatic that my bookish friend Mariel was with me. Though I visited most of the booths again, I still found something new.

I stuck on my list but apparently, I purchased a lot in the end. I always told myself that though my pockets are empty but my heart is happy.

Here is my stash!

I didn't line up for any book signings but surprisingly two books were signed up!

Meet the Illustrator and the Author!

Should I do five days trip to MIBF next year?

Let's see!
